Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Account Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations
  • Offering product recommendations and assisting with purchases, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, responding promptly and professionally to resolve any issues
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining client records and updating information in our database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, with a track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not essential
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic office computer software, including CRM systems and data entry tools
  • The ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions, using your expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) is an asset

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic office computer software, including CRM systems and data entry tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
