Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities that will challenge and engage you every day. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and providing exceptional customer service
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
- Maintaining a high standard of store appearance, working collaboratively with the team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
- Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships and driving sales through excellent communication and friendly conversation

Physical Requirements
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be physically able to perform a range of tasks, including:
- Standing and/or walking for up to 8 hours
- Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and potentially climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
