Compensation & Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive base pay with overtime opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, Paid Time Off (PTO), Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Vision & Dental coverage, and more * Overtime pay after 40 hours * Direct deposit available * Company-provided training to enhance your skills and knowledge Schedule: As a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Weekend shifts are limited to a maximum of 3 hours and can be completed remotely after training. Key Responsibilities: As a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming phone calls and emails, assisting clients until their concerns are resolved * Performing data entry with high accuracy, requiring an eye for detail * Scheduling technicians throughout the valley, with knowledge of the Phoenix area being a plus * Ensuring all technician schedules are ready for the next day * Maintaining strong attendance and reliability as part of our small, dedicated team What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or customer service setting * Knowledge of the greater Phoenix area (preferred) * Self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals independently * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90-100% accuracy (typing test required) * Tech-savviness – must navigate multiple programs, windows, and browser tabs with ease * Reliable and consistent attendance * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred, but not required) * Reliable transportation * Must pass a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations About arenaflex: arenaflex is a family-owned and operated business specializing in general pest and termite control.
