Experienced Chat Sales and Support Representative – Empowering Entrepreneurs with Exceptional Customer Experience

At arenaflex, the future of work is all about flexibility and adaptability. Our teams work in a variety of arrangements, from full-time office work to hybrid and remote setups. As a Chat Sales and Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid or fully remote environment, depending on your manager's decision. If designated as hybrid, you'll split your time between working from home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you'll work from home and may occasionally visit an arenaflex office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Your hiring manager can share more about this role's hybrid or remote designation.

Location Details:

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. arenaflex is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

Join Our Team:

As a Chat Sales and Support Representative, you'll be the front-line sales responders for arenaflex, handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues. You'll wear multiple hats, including front-line support, sales chat functions, and more. Our goal is to help customers remediate issues involving malware and protect their websites from future attacks. You'll be working with a diverse range of customers, from single website owners to agencies managing hundreds of websites.

Schedule:

Our shifts are Monday-Friday, 1pm-10pm Arizona MT. You'll need to be available during this time to respond to customer inquiries and provide support.

What You'll Get to Do:

* Educate customers on security-related issues regarding their websites using chat

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products to provide technical support and education
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via call or chat
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer happiness and provide customer support when needed
  • Lead generation, including sending leads to Sales Consultants
  • Maintain customer care standards

Your Experience Should Include:

* Customer Service Experience: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-Starter: You'll be a self-starter who can plan and prioritize your day to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable Internet: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2mbps down and 2mbps up.
  • Quiet Work Environment: You'll need to have a quiet workspace at home to receive and handle calls when required, as well as provide prompt responses to customers via chat.
  • Performance Metrics: You'll need to meet the performance metrics required for this role, including schedule adherence.

You Might Also Have:

* Knowledge of website security issues: You'll have a basic understanding of concepts like file transfer protocol, DNS, and SSH.

  • Ability to Learn: You'll be able to learn new concepts on the fly and adapt to changing situations.
