Qualifications

  • Proven Call Center Experience: A background in customer service is essential for this role.
  • Typing 25 WPM: You will need to be proficient in typing to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in PC Operation and Navigation: Familiarity with computer systems and software is a must.
  • Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting: Basic network troubleshooting skills are required to resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to Set Up Home Wi-Fi Network: You will need to be able to set up and configure your home Wi-Fi network.
  • Ability to Set Up and Configure a Router or Switch: Familiarity with network hardware is essential.
  • Core Proficiency with a Laptop or Desktop Computer: You will need to be comfortable using a computer to perform your job duties.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service Representatives Field Customer Inquiries: You will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connect with Customers via Phone/Email/Chat/Social Media: You will interact with customers through multiple channels to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Calmly Attempt to Resolve and De-Escalate Any Issues: You will need to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
  • Escalate Interactions When Necessary and Appropriate: You will know when to escalate interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to Requests for Assistance and/or Possible Processing Payments: You will need to respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track All Call Related Information for Auditing and Reporting Purposes: You will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide Feedback on Call Issues: You will need to provide feedback on call issues to improve customer service.
  • Upsell If Required: You may be required to upsell products or services to customers.
