Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Client Care Guide, your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
- Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
- Adopting an involved approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or leaving behind drug specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is necessary
- Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
- Assisting with responding to client requests in regard to their protection and copays, as needed
- Furnishing our clients with specialized help while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
- Serving clients promptly to ensure we are expanding our relationship with them

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
