Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for verifying data from source documents, searching entire applications, and preparing necessary information while ensuring compliance with established rules and guidelines. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and quality of our data, following standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, have basic computer skills, and are looking for a remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Verification:

Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -

Data Entry:

Enter data into our system, verifying it with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, and correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits. -

File Assembly:

Search entire applications, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information in a prescribed sequence. -

Timesheet Completion:

Complete timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate record-keeping. -

Compliance:

Follow standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. -

Additional Duties:

Perform other job-related duties as required, working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent. -

Training:

Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. -

Availability:

Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive hours per week, working from home. -

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. -

Computer Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer applications, including data entry software. -

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines. -

Availability:

Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed. -

Assessments:

Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments, demonstrating your skills and knowledge. -

Metrics:

Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics. -

Internet:

High-speed internet capability, ensuring reliable and fast connectivity. -

Citizenship:

Must be a U.S. citizen, with the ability to pass necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.

Preferred Locations:

We prefer candidates currently living in the following geographic regions and surrounding areas: - Pittsburgh, PA - Aiken, SC - Des Moines, IA - Greater Philadelphia area

Training Class:

Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
