Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling high volumes of calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and questions with empathy and expertise
- Logging all calls in our call log database and reviewing call log activity on a daily basis
- Offering alternative solutions to resolve customer issues and retain satisfaction
- Managing multiple duties at a time, including business transactions, customer account activation, and data entry
- Delivering exceptional client service via telephone, demonstrating proficiency in typing and grammar
- Conducting detailed research to address customer inquiries and provide quality service
- Preparing activity reports to track performance across our customer base
- Tracking issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions from support teams
- Completing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or accounting, with a proven track record of problem-solving and quick reaction times
- A high school diploma or equivalency
- Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Superior telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner
