As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM - 6:30PM CST
- Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
