Tableau Consultant to develop data visualizations for the Christian Health Asset Mapping Consortium
DESCRIPTION OF CONSULTING SERVICES REQUIRED: CCIH is the secretariat for the Christian Health Asset Mapping Consortium () which works to address urgent needs for information on, and help improve the quality of data about, the Christian health asset landscape (see description in the appendix). CHAMC is seeking a consultant to utilize Tableau Public to create data visualizations from summary datasets registered through their data hub. The visualizations should convey information that is useful to the consortium and the public, including information on:
- Geography (country level) of database
- Level of data/types of entities in a database
- Ownership/source of registered data
- Frequency owner maintains/updates data
- Datasets accessible to the public
- Current status and future directions with the data
The consultant’s role would be to:
- Create 2-3 visualizations of summary mapping data
- Using an available template from Tableau Public
- Set up to be updated and maintained by CCIH staff
- Embed visualizations into WordPress Hub: https://faithhealthassets.org/
All work and deliverables should be completed by July 15, 2026. ESTIMATED LOE AND PAYMENT
- Consultant to propose LOE required for the above tasks, and propose budget.
- Payment will be paid half to start and half on approved completion of deliverables.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Place of work: Any place with sufficient internet and ability to meet with CCIH staff during US day work hours
- Consultant is completely independent of CCIH and will not be provided with benefits, office or supportive services beyond what is outlined in the agreement.
- Consultant will maintain close contact online with CCIH staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics and creating public access visuals in Tableau Public
- Ability to work in faith-based settings, with Christian and other religious leaders
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
