Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls and collecting contact information
  • Establishing strong connections with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs
  • Promoting additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences
  • Maintaining and updating a database of potential and existing customers
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared sales goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's services and offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions (preferably bilingual in Spanish and English)
  • Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to service solutions
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Must be located in Houston, TX

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry

  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
