Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls and collecting contact information
- Establishing strong connections with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs
- Promoting additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences
- Maintaining and updating a database of potential and existing customers
- Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared sales goals
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions (preferably bilingual in Spanish and English)
- Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to service solutions
- Availability to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday
- Must be located in Houston, TX

- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
