Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Agent / Social Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing general information on pet health, nutrition, and preventive care (non-medical advice) to ensure pet owners have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
  • Assisting clients with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and follow-up queries to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring social media accounts and engaging with pet owners professionally and compassionately to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Escalating medical concerns or emergency cases to licensed veterinarians or appropriate personnel to ensure the highest level of care for our clients' pets.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying updated on veterinary products, services, and industry trends to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to our clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and confidentiality standards to maintain the trust and confidence of our clients.

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer service, veterinary assistance, or pet-related fields (although not required, it's a plus!).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism in your interactions with pet owners.
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology and basic pet care guidelines to provide accurate and helpful advice.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using chat software, social media platforms, and CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data.
  • A passion for animals and a customer-first attitude to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
