Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through online platforms, chat support, and video calls to provide expert guidance on life, health, auto, and property insurance options.
  • Utilizing digital tools to analyze client needs and recommend suitable policies, ensuring that customers receive tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Managing end-to-end online policy applications and issuing electronic policy documents, ensuring seamless and efficient customer experiences.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
