Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing client schedules
- Assisting with various script-related tasks and providing exceptional service across various touchpoints
- Handling each interaction with care, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail
- Working effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
- Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and strong verbal and written communication
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to discern the caller's reasons
- Proficiency with Amtelco platform, and/or ability to learn efficiently
- Optimistic and creative approach to problem-solving, even in challenging situations
- Remote work discipline and ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
- Continuous learning and self-improvement mindset
- Familiarity with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite (a plus)
- Bilingual (a plus)
