Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Technical, Search Customer Experience

The Role
As a Principal Product Manager, Technical, Search Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for defining the CX vision, developing an actionable product roadmap, and coordinating with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams to rapidly experiment and implement solutions. You'll work closely with global teams, including internal Search customers and external tech partners, to identify and prioritize needs, influence up and across the organization, and synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality search experiences that customers love.
Key Responsibilities
* Define the CX vision and develop an actionable product roadmap for whole page organization and layouts across search
- Coordinate with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams to rapidly experiment and implement solutions
- Work with global teams to identify and prioritize needs, influence up and across the organization, and synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality search experiences
- Develop best practices for insights and KPIs to prove success
- Guide a team of product managers, software engineers, and scientists to deliver results
- Weigh technology alternatives and be comfortable with products using machine learning and AI generative content
- Have strong judgment and understand which opportunities drive the most strategic value for the business
A Day in the Life
As a Principal Product Manager, Technical, Search Customer Experience, you'll thrive in a collaborative, creative, analytical, and fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy diving deep into data, have well-developed analytical skills, excellent communication strategies, and experience with executive-level reviews. You'll work closely with technical software development teams, prepare documentation for senior executives, and manage customer-facing technical products.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Strong bias for action and comfortable driving clarity from ambiguity
- Ability to effectively influence up and across the organization
- Adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality search experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing customer-facing technical products and guiding cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
- Experience with executive-level reviews and preparing documentation for senior executives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to dive deep into data
- Excellent communication strategies and ability to work with global teams

* Competitive base pay, ranging from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market
