Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote Virtual Support team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems from various source documents, verifying data against source documents, and updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other records. You will also respond to data requests, perform regular data audits, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into our systems from various source documents
- Verifying data by comparing it against source documents
- Updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other records
- Responding to data requests and performing regular data audits
- Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Collaborating with other team members and departments as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field (at least 2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing speed and proficiency in MS Office and data programs (at least 60 wpm)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
