Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Merchant Services team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of merchant-related issues
- Offer mentorship and guidance to colleagues to improve their performance and skills
- Demonstrate creativity and initiative in finding solutions to complex problems and improving processes
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth and excellence
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Key Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or psychology)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools
- Experience working with diverse customer segments and merchant partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
