Job Summary
As a 2nd Shift Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers, handle escalated issues from tire service centers, and answer calls from customers who have broken down and need assistance locating a service provider in the area. If you're a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
- Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
- Input relevant call information into our PC system
- Process new sales orders or upgrade panel types as needed
- Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fix problems quickly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance and punctuality
- Highly organized and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities
- PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
- Strong technical skills
- Articulate and professional communication style
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and employment verification
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other web applications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
