Job Summary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, with minimal distractions.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems.
