Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
- Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
- Creating and updating records to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Identifying client needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
