About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in an on-site call center environment, interacting with clients and providing support to our veterans. You'll be part of a supportive and team-oriented work environment, where collaboration and open communication are encouraged. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism

• Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
• Maintain an above-average attendance record
• Follow established standard operating procedures
• Work a flexible schedule, including Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 3:30pm to 12am
• Be available to work different shifts from time to time, as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

* A high school diploma is required

• At least one year of call center experience is required
• Ability to work as a team player and without direct supervision
• Strong verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and highly organized
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
• Previous military experience is encouraged to apply
