Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Liaison/Front Desk Receptionist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department in a professional, knowledgeable, and inviting manner
- Greeting clients and potential applicants, and assisting them as needed
- Linking calls to appropriate client schedules
- Trouble-shooting discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Contacting caregivers and/or clients to investigate missed calls, phone number errors, overlapping shifts, late or missed calls, etc.
- Assisting the Human Resources Department with applicant on-boarding as necessary
- Performing various clerical duties, including scanning, emailing, copying, filing, etc.
- Performing other functions and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, caregivers, and internal colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in time management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Medical field or office experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Proficient with various HR Systems and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
