Position Summary

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, accurate, and friendly assistance via our live chat platform. You'll engage with users in real-time, addressing inquiries ranging from product features to troubleshooting and account support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and issues in real-time through live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Qualifications
