Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our brand values and providing personalized assistance to our clients. With a focus on proactive problem-solving, you'll create memorable experiences that build loyalty and drive retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage with clients upon arrival at the lounge, setting the tone for an exceptional experience

• Take ownership of the client's journey, ensuring seamless support from start to finish
• Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
• Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing tailored recommendations and solutions
• Offer travel advice, make reservations, and provide lifestyle suggestions to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex initiatives, applying knowledge to drive business results and improve client satisfaction

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting

• Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, is highly desirable
• Proven ability to adapt to changing situations, think critically, and make informed decisions quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and software, to provide support in a face-to-face setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on providing exceptional support to clients
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including travel and lifestyle offerings
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on providing support to international clients
