Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily activities for 15+ technicians, interfacing directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams, and identifying gaps in schedules and providing input on technician capacity. You will also work closely with various teams to find solutions to scheduling exceptions, manage parts ordering, and ensure timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Interface: Interface directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Schedule Optimization: Identify gaps in schedules and provide input on technician capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize scheduling conflicts.
  • Scheduling Exceptions: Find solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborate with various teams, including Field Service Supervisors, Team Managers, and other coordinators, to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of service calls.
  • Parts Ordering and Management: Work in SAP to support service activities and manage parts ordering, ensuring timely delivery of parts and minimizing delays.
  • Project-Related Work: Handle project-related work, including inventory support, planning for large order requests from sales, and processing returns.
  • Service Call Completion: Ensure timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements, monitoring and responding to incoming requests and emails related to special projects.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service or Logistics/Transportation Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation is preferred.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task against various deadlines.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interface with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Applications: Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in the beverage industry and familiarity with SAP or similar applications are highly desirable.
