Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Representative – Remote Customer Care

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, solution-oriented decision maker who is eager to grow with us. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Educating customers about our processes, policies, and customer tools
* Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches
* Training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role
* Mandatory overtime and on-call responsibilities to meet service level goals
Responsibilities
As a Customer Solutions Representative, your day will be fast-paced and highly variable based on customer volume and demand. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding and resolving customer inquiries, including negotiating payment plans, answering billing questions, initiating service orders, and taking reports of outages
* Educating customers about our processes, policies, and customer tools
* Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches
* Training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role
* Mandatory overtime and on-call responsibilities to meet service level goals
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who enjoy a challenge and are eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have:
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A natural tendency to quickly problem-solve in stressful situations
* A "can-do" attitude and positive personality
* Capability to learn new systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
* A minimum internet speed of at least 7 mbps upload and minimum of at least 20 mbps download
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Customer service or retail experience is always a plus
* Proficiency with MS Office and basic math skills
* Must live within 2 hours of one of our four call center locations
