Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand. You'll be part of a high-energy team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, live chat, and email support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the lighting industry or a related field
- Previous experience with live chat or email support
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
