Job Summary

We're seeking Temporary Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a fully remote, temporary role that will begin on May 14th.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills

* Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting

• Basic computer proficiency required
• Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

Schedule/Pay

* Monday – Friday 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm

• Pay up to $16.18/hr
