The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team of Mod Contractors. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phones, tickets, and chats. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance on our clients' products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phones, tickets, and chats
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answer questions and provide guidance on our clients' products and services
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate more complex problems to senior support agents
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with social media and online communities
- Knowledge of customer experience principles and best practices
- Certification in customer service or a related field
