Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Virtual arenaflex Customer Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, email, or chat. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic approach will help you build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Guiding Customers: You'll guide customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems.
  • Query Resolution: You'll refer queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution, following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: You'll assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details, ensuring seamless and efficient order management.
  • Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory, and a higher education or specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary.
