Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Crisis Activities Center (EOC) team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to emergency-related calls from our stores and clubs, and coordinating appropriate actions in accordance with our crisis management protocols
- Monitoring external media and restricted information systems for signs and warnings of emergency-related events
- Reporting emergency-related incidents to our stores, distribution centers, and workspace partners
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for and respond to crisis situations
- Providing guidance to internal colleagues on crisis preparedness and response procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of emergency-related incidents and responses
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to emergency-related calls from stores and clubs, and coordinate appropriate actions in accordance with crisis management protocols
- Monitor external media and restricted information systems for signs and warnings of emergency-related events
- Report emergency-related incidents to stores, distribution centers, and workspace partners
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for and respond to crisis situations
- Provide guidance to internal colleagues on crisis preparedness and response procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of emergency-related incidents and responses
- Identify and evaluate potential risks to organization resources, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement crisis management plans and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in crisis management, corporate security, law enforcement, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Prophet, ServiceNow, Power BI) to create reports and analyze data
- 1-2 years of experience composing and researching corporate communications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Fluency in French language and communications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, emergency management)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a 24/7 emergency response environment
- Certification in crisis management, emergency management, or a related field
- Experience using data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in emergency-related data
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement crisis management plans and procedures
