Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our virtual customer support team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or call center environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers via live chat
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to internal teams
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
