Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data operations experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data operations experts in a client-facing environment. - Drive navigation and specific activities for clients, ensuring the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations. - Develop and implement strategies to improve digital protection, threat intelligence, and data operations processes. - Manage and mentor team members, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital protection, threat intelligence, and data operations trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment. - Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover. - Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives. - US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities. - Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI team members. - Ability to synthesize raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings. - Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, develop strategies, and influence stakeholders.
