Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer questions regarding customer warranties
- Providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
- Resolving customer conflicts and finding solutions to complex issues
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
