Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Customer Service and Case Management Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and drive customer satisfaction
* Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
* At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry experience is preferred
* Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving
