Job Summary
As a Night Shift Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via live chat. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, and your technical fluency to navigate our systems and tools. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via live chat, resolving complex issues and addressing customer concerns
- Work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may not have a pre-defined solution
- Use your technical fluency to navigate arenaflex systems and tools, including Google Sheets and G-Suite
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including our brand voice and tone
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience
- 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role in technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience
- Highly-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and customer service
- Natural problem solver with the ability to triage complex issues
- Fluency in English, with above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM)
- Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using arenaflex's brand voice and tone
- Above-average technological fluency, with a strong comfort level with Google Sheets and G-Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in grocery & convenience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Familiarity with G-Suite and Slack
- Experience with customer service software and tools, including live chat platforms and CRM systems

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
