Core Daily Functions of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative
• Customer Engagement: Work directly with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process, providing accurate and timely answers to their questions and concerns.
- Product and Service Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features, benefits, and promotions.
- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience is preferred and recommended.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment, with a strong ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
