The Entry Level Customer Service Representative Role

As the direct point of contact for our consumer base, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative is the face of arenaflex's customer service and sales efforts. This is a front-facing position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and business acumen. Core Daily Functions of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Customer Engagement: Work directly with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process, providing accurate and timely answers to their questions and concerns.

  • Product and Service Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes.
  • Professional Communication: Interact with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Follow all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team to ensure seamless sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files with the compliance department, tracking customer account information throughout the sales process and delivery.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience is preferred and recommended.

  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment, with a strong ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Initiative and Time Management: Ability to multi-task and take initiative in daily and weekly tasks, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
