Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks and duties
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may be variable
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Estimated Salary and Benefits
