Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Golden, CO. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while taking on some tough challenges. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers, identifying their needs, and providing assistance. You'll also communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs, schedule appointments, and perform other tasks as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
* Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance they need
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs
- Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting
- Scheduling appointments for patients – entering and updating demographics
- Other tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Typing - 40 wpm
- 1+ years of experience in customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years prior health care experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Telecommuting Requirements
* Reside within Golden, CO
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
- All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
