Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
