Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Windows Administrator and Automation Developer to join our Web Systems Engineering team within arenaflex's infrastructure department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting automation development for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning. Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Windows Administrator and Automation Developer, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting automation development for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
- Collaborating with the Web Systems Engineering team to design and implement cloud-based solutions
- Developing and maintaining scripts using Open Source technologies such as Ansible and Terraform
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members on Windows Server administration and cloud automation
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows OS provisioning and automation development
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code development
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud and Open Source development
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of system engineering experience with Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and GitHub, with experience in public cloud automation (Azure/GCP)
- 4+ years of experience writing scripts with Open Source technologies (Ansible/Terraform preferred)
- Proven track record of supporting automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
- Ability to show examples of script development via GitHub or work sample
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience with vRa and Open Source tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based security and compliance
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working in a distributed team environment
