Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Providing chat and email support to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Creating and updating support articles to ensure our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information
- Managing billing, refund, and cancellations on payment platforms, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues that may arise
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services
- Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform our business decisions and optimize our services
- Learning from user test videos to understand how our clients perceive our product and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Helping to build a team of CS superstars by mentoring and coaching new team members
- Identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues, ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed
- Providing guidance and support to our customers on how to use our proxies effectively
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- An IT-related background, with a strong understanding of the internet and technology
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and other productivity software
