Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently processing large volumes of data, including customer information, orders, and inventory levels
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis
- Collaborating with our team to ensure that all data is secure and compliant with arenaflex's data protection policies
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will need:
- 4-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, including SQL and data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with SQL and data analysis software, including MySQL and Oracle
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and management systems, including AWS and Azure
