Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Operational Technology Systems Development and Integration

We are now seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented professionals in the Operational Technology (OT) Systems Development and Integration department.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced OT systems and applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with OT systems, and excellent problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement advanced OT systems and applications using a range of programming languages, including C++, Python, Drawl, and MatLab.
- Collaborate with our OT systems team to integrate new technologies and solutions into our existing infrastructure.
- Work with our field teams to provide technical support and guidance on OT system implementation and maintenance.
- Conduct site visits to assess OT system performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide project support.
- Test and validate OT system applications to ensure they meet client and business requirements.
- Manage project lifecycles, including scope, resources, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Work with our cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Participate in design review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business needs and OT system requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our OT systems team, including training and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with our OT systems team to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on OT systems.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, Drawl, and MatLab programming languages.
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems and development environments.
- Strong understanding of OT system design, development, and integration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with advanced mechanics or material handling system designs, development, and integration.
- Familiarity with current security methods and guidelines.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of OT system testing and validation principles.
- Experience with OT system maintenance and support.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
