As a remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
* Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
* Ensuring accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, including pushing back on incorrect or subpar data
* Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
* Developing creative solutions to customer issues and providing phone support for inquiries
* Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
* Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
* Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, and researching responses with sales
* Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process
* Following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
* Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Two (2) years' relevant work experience
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as an account representative
* Familiarity with Oracle
