Job Summary
As a Full Stack Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of arenaflex's IT infrastructure and driving business growth through technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud-based applications
- Lead the development and implementation of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native applications
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications
- Conduct technical research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their technical skills and expertise
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered to production
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of applications
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of projects
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years of experience in technical architecture
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native applications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of database design and development
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in technical architecture
- Experience with business rules engines and business process management frameworks
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Scrum framework
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption
- Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
