Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Time Airbnb Host Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and claim mediation services to our clients' Airbnb listings. Your primary goal will be to resolve disputes and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for both our clients and their guests. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Mediate claims and disputes between hosts and guests, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for all parties involved
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests and hosts regarding Airbnb policies, procedures, and listing details
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management
  • Stay up-to-date with Airbnb's policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience working as an Airbnb employee or BPO agent is required

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving disputes efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using Airbnb's platform and tools, including the Airbnb Host app and Airbnb's customer support software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the short-term rental industry

  • Knowledge of Airbnb's policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Familiarity with claim mediation and customer support software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and hosts from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission-based earnings, and a range of benefits and perks.
