Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance the passenger experience and improve operational efficiency
• Work with product management teams to develop data-driven product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data pipelines to support business analytics and decision-making
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address those needs
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data visualization
• Experience working with large data sets, data warehouses, and data pipelines
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Experience with data engineering and data architecture
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field
