Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of paid market research tasks, including focus groups, clinical trials, and product testing. You'll work closely with our research team to provide valuable insights and feedback on new products and services, helping us to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
* Complete written and/or oral instructions as part of the discussion
* Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
* Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public
* Provide honest feedback on products and services to our sponsors and partners
* Participate in discussions in person or remotely online
* Meet with research team to discuss findings and provide feedback
Qualifications
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* High-speed internet connection is necessary
* Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
* Customer Service Representative agent experience is not compulsory
* US residents only
