Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers across various inquiries through online chat. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services, while also facilitating appointment scheduling and lead generation. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and develop a deep understanding of their brand, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and assisting customers across various inquiries through online chat
- Delivering accurate information regarding products and services via chat
- Facilitating appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details
- Collecting customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation
- Summarizing customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration
- Developing and updating a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services
Available Shifts
We're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following full-time shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- During the first week of employment, you'll be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for training, before transitioning to the assigned shift
- Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations
- Strong multitasking skills are preferred, gaming experience is a plus
- Positive and professional attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work environment
